‘FORMALITIES’ Sets Pre-Order FAQs:

  1. When do pre-orders start?

Pre-Orders start Wednesday, September 27 at 10am CST / 11am EST

 

  1. When do pre-orders end?

Pre-Orders end Sunday, October 1 at 11:59pm CST / 12:59am EST

 

  1. Which sets are available for pre-order?

The GREEN and RED sets will be available. We WILL NOT restock the BLACK SETS. Again, GREEN and RED only.

 

  1. How do I place my order?

You will place your order on our website: www.formalset.com

 

  1. When should I expect my order to ship?

Your order will ship approximately 3-4 weeks from pre-order close date: Sunday October 1st. We anticipate sets to be ready Monday, October 30. Often times sets are ready before, however, you should anticipate your order on this date.

 

  1. After my order is shipped, what is the shipping time?

Once production is complete, we use USPS or UPS priority shipping. You should expect your order in 3-4 days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

 

  1. What if my order does not fit or I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We offer exchanges upon availability. If exchange is not an option due to inventory counts, we offer FULL refunds on any order.

 

  1. Are the sets sold separately or as one piece?

Sets are sold separately. You can purchase a top, bottoms or BOTH!
